So I’m taking our blog to a whole new level today.  As we all know, working out feeds the body but reading feeds the mind.  It’s so important, whether you enjoy it or not to keep the mind active.  Once we leave school , sometimes it seems like a good idea to bin the books and move on to more exciting things, but when they say knowledge is power, they are seriously not joking.

I personally enjoy reading books that will empower and motivate me, and kind of stir away from non-fictional. So without further ado, these are my top 5 books that I’ve either read or downloaded from (which I highly recommend if you have a busy schedule). They have given me motivation on the bleakest days and for that reason I highly suggest that you get on them ASAP!

You can heal your life

The overnight success

The Greatest man in Babylon.

I’ve read tonnes of books but these are the ones that stuck in my mind.  As I said, if you don’t have time to sit and read the book just download it on audio books. For me, it works great.  At the end of each workout, I do 40 minutes on the treadmill and this is when I get through most of my books.

I'm going to finish off my blog today with a little clip of Grant Cardone, this guy has an unbelievable will to succeed and proves to each and every one of us, that you can achieve anything in life once you put your mind to it.
