You are undoubtedly excited about becoming an It Works Distributor! But, you want to have a good understanding of HOW you make money as a distributor.
How will you make your money in this business? All commissions are paid by the 15th of the next month. Your pay period is from the 1st until the last day of that month. Then, you get your commission pay on the 15th of the next month.
Here is a breakdown of the It Works Global Compensation Plan:
EARNING IN YOUR FIRST 30 DAYS it works compensation plan
$120 Product Credit…Get 4 loyal customers in your first 30 days and you qualify for $120 in free product! Most distributors get 2 boxes of wraps with this and sell them. Congratulations, you just made $200!
Wrap Rewards…Every 2 loyal customers who order from you, you get to purchase a box of wraps for $25, no shipping. You can sell these wraps for $25-$35 each. That’s at least $75 profit on each box!
Fast Start Bonus…For every new distributor that you personally enroll (that is *fast start qualified) you earn a $100 Bonus! This bonus is paid out the following Friday.
BONUSES it works compensation plan
Ruby Bonus…Sign up as a distributor by 5/31, enroll 4 loyal customers in your first 30 days and make the level of Ruby within your first 60 days and you earn a $1,000 Bonus! This is paid out in 2 $500 increments. This is in addition to your commission check!
G.O.O.D (Get Out of Debt) Bonus…With this bonus, reach the level of Diamond in a specified time and earn a $10,000 bonus. (paid out in $400 monthly increments). This is in addition to your commission check!
Loyal Customer Bonus…When you enroll 60 loyal customers (and maintain 3,000bv) you get a $600 Bonus! You get this bonus every month you maintain the qualifications!!
HOW YOU EARN COMMISSIONS
Retail Sale/One Time Purchase…Your commission from each retail sale is the difference between the retail price and loyal customer price of a product. For example, wraps…$99 retail, $59 LC, the difference is the two prices is $40…this is your commission from a retail sale of a box of wraps.
Loyal Customer Sale/Auto Ship Purchase…You make 10% off every loyal customer purchase plus a 5% enroller bonus. Loyal customer commissions are residual.
Rising Through The Ranks
Distributor Level: On the first 2 levels,you will earn a 10% commission.
ExecutiveExecutive Level: You need to have a minimum of 2 qualified legs. Just as distributor level, you earn 10% commission on your first 2 levels and 5% on your 3rd level.
it wokrs global compensation planRuby Level: You need to gather and build 3 qualified legs. At least, one of the 3 legs must be an executive. You earn same as executive level plus 5% on your 4th level.
it works global compensation planEmerald Level: Gather and build to at least 4 qualified legs… 2 must be ruby legs and 2 qualified legs. You’re paid as the ruby level plus an additional 5% on your 5th level.
You also earn the Emerald bonus! This is an additional 2% payout on the Bonus Volume of your 6th level and beyond.
All qualified distributors also earn a 5% Enroller Bonus on volume orders place by personally enrolled distributors or loyal customers. Meaning, when you enroll distributors and loyal customers, you make 5% off of their orders!
Diamond Leader Level

This is where you really start making good money!
As a Diamond, you get the same as emerald level plus you make an extra 2% on your entire down line volume! And, an additional 5% bonus on your personal group volume.
Diamond Bonus…This is basically an additional $80 added to your Fast Start Bonus!
As you move higher in diamond leadership levels, you will earn even more!
This is just an It Works Global Compensation Plan overview. If you want the entire plan, it’s available in pdf form. The compensation doesn’t change but the company periodically changes bonuses and incentives.
There are higher levels that increase your monthly earnings, but I just wanted to give you an overview.
What is a Qualified Leg? You may be wondering, what is a qualified leg? A qualified leg is one with at least 400 Total Group Volume (sum of your PBV and the PBV of every distributor in your down line.
What is PBV (Personal Bonus Volume)? It’s the total of the bonus volume from a distributor’s personal orders and all their personally enrolled retail customers and loyal customer orders.
What is Bonus Volume? Bonus Volume is the assigned value (or points, per say) assigned to each product to calculate commissions/bonuses.
As you can see, the It Works global compensation plan allows for a limitless way to earn. You can go as high as you can.
*Fast Start Qualified means that you have purchased the Business Builder Kit, set up your 80bv auto ship or have 150bv in sales and enroll 2 active loyal customers.
